How about some relaxtion before catching a flight back home?

Departure time of this tour is at 8 AM or at 2 PM from your hotel.

The small town of Papallacta lies high up in the Andes, on the edge of the Cayambe-Coca Reserve and is most famous for its natural hot springs. It is a place that offers great hikes combined with the luxury of spa’s and a perfect way to end a vacation in Ecuador.

The drive up to Papallacta takes around 1 hour, going higher and higher into the Andes before finally descending and arriving at our destination: Papallacta! Upon arrival we will first pay a visit to the interpretation centre to learn more about the reserve and its flora and fauna. We continue the day with a hike alongside pristine mountain streams while spotting the the typical wildlife of the reserve. 

As a day to Papallacta is not complete without a visit to the thermal baths, we end our day relaxing in the hot water pools surrounded by the mountains to reminisce about Ecuador, the vacation and this last perfect day before driving you to the airport in time to catch your flight.

• Towel (you can also rent a towel at the reception of the thermal baths)

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

Scheduled tour bookings are not confirmed until payment is received ( by Credit card, Paypal, or wire transfer bank*).

In any event, Tour Guide Ecuador strongly advises you to take out travel insurance.  It’s well worth the peace of mind.

We always suggest a call, email, or text the day before your tour to ensure all your details are as they should be. It is not obligatory, but it helps.

If confirmed standard departure tour bookings are canceled the following fees apply:

More than 7 days in advance – 10% of the original fee.

3-7 days in advance – 50% of tour cost.

Within 72 hours of commencement – refunds will not be available.

If changes are made more than 6 days before the original booking there is no charge. The rebooked date must be within 2 months.
