I had the great pleasure of spending 2 days with Juan Carlos on a private tour last week in and around Quito. We covered quite a lot of ground in 2 days, including the Volcano, Equator line (did some cool experiments, balanced an egg on a nail and had a tour), stopped for AMAZING empanadas, Quito old city + chocolate tasting, saw the fruit/veggie market, got a cleansing from a Shaman (so cool!) Day 2: Otavalo market, amazing weavers and musicians, and capped off with a lunch at an incredible hacienda. He speaks amazing english and is so knowledgable.
I highly recommend JC and Tour Guide Ecuador. I can’t wait to plan my next trip back to Ecuador – they will most definitely be a part of it.
