This was my favorite part of traveling to Ecuador. Andres, the guide, will show you all the best things that you can’t find in guide books. His Knowledge of the culture and food can only be described as academic—you will learn a lot. You’ll feel safe the entire time, and the food you will eat is better than anything you will find in the tourist areas. Beyond the food and culture, Andres is a treat to be around. He is a wonderful person that will go out of his way to make sure you see the best, local side of this beautiful city. I can’t thank him enough for our tour. I will never forget it. I strongly recommend this experience.
